For those who want quality sound but are looking for lightweight earbuds, realme is bringing a new option. realme Buds Air8 Pro TWS earbuds are going to be launched in India. It is the new premium model in realme’s Air series, where you will get a lot of features including powerful ANC, dual drivers and long battery.
realme has officially announced that realme Buds Air8 Pro will be launched in India on May 22, 2026, at 12 noon. Its launch page is now live on Flipkart, not only that, but you can also find it on realme’s official e-commerce site.
Design & Comfort
The design of realme Buds Air8 Pro is quite slim and comfortable to look at. It has an IP55 rating, so sweat or light rain will not be a problem. The color options are also attractive – Master Grey, Master Purple and Master Gold. The lightweight design suggests it should remain comfortable for longer listening sessions.
Realme Buds Air8 Pro Specifications
The biggest attraction of realme Buds Air8 Pro is 55dB ANC. It has adaptive noise cancellation features, meaning it adjusts itself according to the environment. It has 11 mm + 6 mm dual drivers. This dual-driver setup is expected to deliver clearer separation between bass, vocals and treble.
There is LHDC codec and Hi-Res Audio support for audio quality. There is also an AI translator feature, which can do real-time translation in 32 languages. There is a triple microphone setup for calling, which helps improve voice clarity during calls by reducing background noise.
If we talk about battery life, realme claims that a total playback time of 50 to 58 hours will be available with the case. This is much improved compared to the previous Air8 model. The previous Air8 was priced at around ₹3,399 to ₹5,299. The Air8 Pro may come at a slightly higher price, but given the improvements in battery and ANC, it may seem reasonable to many.
Buds Air8 Pro looks like the company has tried to strike a good balance between not just bass or ANC, but also sound quality and battery. After the launch on May 22 (Realme India), the product will be available for real-time experience, only then will it be understood how good an option it can really be.
