Vivo is gearing up to introduce a new addition to its X300 series very soon. Just a few hours ago, the Vivo X300s model appeared in the Geekbench database, confirming that it is powered by MediaTek’s new flagship chipset, the Dimensity 9500.
This leak has garnered significant attention because the Vivo X300s is scheduled to launch on the same day as the X300 Ultra. The company itself has announced that both phones will be unveiled in China on March 30, 2026. Previously, only teasers and a few images had surfaced; however, following the Geekbench listing, discussions regarding the device’s performance have intensified.
Vivo X300s Spotted on Geekbench Results

On Geekbench, the Vivo X300s (model number V2548A) achieved a score of 3,310 points in the single-core test and 10,141 points in the multi-core test. These scores align closely with the expected performance of the Dimensity 9500 chipset. The chip’s configuration consists of one core clocked at 4.21 GHz, three cores at 3.50 GHz, and four cores running at 2.70 GHz. It is paired with a Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU.
The tested unit was observed to feature 16GB of RAM and run on Android 16. These benchmark scores suggest that the Vivo X300s will deliver flagship-level performance.
Other Expected Features
Vivo itself has previously confirmed several details regarding the device. The X300s is set to be the first phone in the series to feature a display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display size is expected to be 6.78 inches. The battery is substantial, potentially reaching up to 7,100mAh which marks an increase compared to previous models in the X300 series.
Upgrades are also expected in the camera department, with rumors suggesting the inclusion of a 200MP ZEISS main sensor. Changes will also be evident in the design – featuring a dual-tone green color option and a new camera module.
Launch & Availability
Both the vivo X300s and X300 Ultra are set to launch in China on March 30. No information regarding a global launch has surfaced yet. However, devices typically arrive in other markets a few months after their China launch.
These leaks suggest that vivo is poised to deliver significant upgrades to the X series this time around – particularly in terms of battery, display, and performance. Full specifications, pricing details, and camera samples will be revealed following the official launch.
