Poco is expected to launch the Poco X8 Pro in the global and Indian markets very soon. It’s expected to be a powerful mid-range smartphone with a host of new features. Several details of this smartphone have recently appeared on certification websites, suggesting a launch date.
According to some rumors, this smartphone could be released in mid-March. However, no official announcement has been made yet. The smartphone is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5, released in the Chinese market in January 2026.
Poco X8 Pro Geekbench Listing
It has recently been listed on several certification websites, including Indonesia TKDN, South Korea RRA, Singapore IMDA, India BIS, and EEC. Furthermore, it was also spotted on a major site like Geekbench a few days ago with the tag 2511FPC34G. The “G” at the end here could mean “Global Variant.”
This confirms some specifications, such as Android 16 and the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra. Its single-core score on Geekbench was 1708 and its multi-core score was 6297. This means it’s going to be quite strong for gaming and multitasking.

Poco X8 Pro Specifications (Rumors)
It’s also listed with a 12GB RAM variant, meaning the 12GB RAM variant could also be available. It’s expected to come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The display will feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The battery is expected to be a 6500mAh battery, or a 7560mAh battery like the Turbo 5. The battery capacity may vary by region due to different regulations. It will also have 100W fast charging and reverse charging options. HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 is expected here.
Price Expectations
Regarding its pricing, reports suggest it could be priced in the global ₹40,000 range for the 8GB RAM and 256GB variant. It’s expected to start in India between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000. Not only the X8 Pro, its higher-end model, the Poco X8 Pro Max, is also expected to be available very soon. It’s expected to be equipped with a 9000mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, making it a powerful gaming phone.
