OxygenOS 16 Features
Recently, OnePlus officially released this update for the 13R 5G, which included Android 16. After installing this update, many new features were observed, while some features were still missing. Some of the highlighted features include AI Writer, Flow Motion, Fluid Cloud, and others.
However, this new update includes a storage eraser option in the sidebar, allowing for easy storage cleanup. The logic has been improved so that the AI can automatically detect voice summaries and subtitles.
If you enjoy video or photo editing, this will be an interesting option for you because it includes new features for video editing. Users can resize the app to their liking. It also comes with the December 2025 Android security patch, which will help increase system security.
OnePlus 13R 5G OxygenOS 16 Update
Some users are still unhappy because the Circle to Search option is still not available in the navigation bar. However, this feature has already been rolled out to devices like the OnePlus 13 and 13R. Options like live cricket score alerts have not yet been added. The AI Writer feature is also not working properly.
Some users are most upset because similar devices like the OnePlus 11R have not yet received the OxygenOS 16 update. As mentioned earlier, this update was supposed to be rolled out to the OnePlus 11 and 11R 5G in early December, but it hasn’t happened yet.
